Because we request approval at every stage of every project, and because of the time and effort placed into each project, we do not issue refunds.

Our process:

1. Customer receives first draft.

2. Necessary edits are made.

3. Final draft/edits are sent to customer.

4. Customer approves final draft.

5. Customer makes final payment.

6. Final design/project is delivered to customer.

You receive complete transparency from start to finish. Lines of communication are always open. You can always book a call or send an email.

Anchored Lighthouse Studio is not responsible for customer errors or last-minute changes after the project has been completed.

Please take your time and review carefully before giving final approval.
