Processing Time

Each item at The Earth Angel Lighthouse is created, blessed, or packaged with care and intention. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing and preparation before your order is dispatched. During busy or holiday periods, processing times may vary slightly — thank you for your patience and understanding.

Shipping Information

All orders are shipped securely with tracked and signed delivery whenever possible. Once your item has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation that includes your tracking number and estimated delivery timeframe.

Estimated Delivery Times:

• United States: 2–5 business days (after dispatch)

• United Kingdom: 5–7 business days (after dispatch)

• Europe: 7–11 business days (after dispatch)

• Worldwide: 7–17 business days (after dispatch, depending on customs and location)

Please note: Shipping times are in addition to the 3–5 business day processing period.

Customs & Import Taxes

​

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes that may apply in their region. Earth Angel Lighthouse is not responsible for delays or fees caused by customs.

Incorrect Addresses

​

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided and your order is shipped before the error is noticed, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds or replacements.

If you contact us immediately after placing your order and it has not yet been dispatched, we will happily update your address. Once the package is in transit, changes are no longer possible.

Missed Deliveries

​

If you miss your delivery, please follow the instructions on your tracking notification to reschedule or collect your parcel directly with the shipping carrier.

If a package is returned to us due to a missed delivery or incorrect address, an additional shipping fee will be required to resend it.
If you choose not to have it resent, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Buyers are responsible for being available to receive their orders or arranging redelivery in a timely manner.

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been processed.

All spiritually crafted products are lovingly cleansed, sagged, or blessed before shipment, making it spiritually unique to you. For energetic integrity and hygiene, we cannot resell or reuse any returned item.

Please review all listings carefully — especially sizing, materials, and descriptions — before placing your order.

Refund Policy

Refunds are not available. Especially, for spiritually sensitive or customized items once they have been shipped.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@earthangellighthouse.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will do our best to resolve the matter compassionately and fairly.
